Contract type: Contract of mandate, B2B

Salary:UZ (gross): 6-7 €/h grossB2B (net/h FV): 8-10 €/h net


Job Description

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook)

  • Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction

  • Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features

  • Providing professional customer service in line with the company’s values

  • Building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a positive company image

  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality

  • Looking for new sales opportunities and partners

  • Monitoring competition and internet in the country

  • Providing ideas for growth in the country

  • Representing the company on local events

  • Translate and adjust marketing content to the local specifics

  • Supporting the team where needed


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry)

  • Fluent in Slovak language

  • Knowledge of English (B2), Polish will be an asset

  • Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner

  • Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers

  • Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

Nice to have

  • Experience working with individual and B2B customers
