Vector Synergy provides consulting, IT and cyber security services to support multi-national projects for prestigious clients in Europe including NATO and EU institutions. We have an EU/NATO Facility Security Clearance Certificate and most of their consultants hold personal security clearances, which enables them to support classified projects marked with the clause secret or top secret.


 🔍 We are looking for a Public Sector Sales Manager, who will join us and take on the responsibility of handling international tender processes.


Responsibilities

✔️ Comprehensive handling of tender processes, international tenders in English, German and French

✔️ Submission of tender offers on the basis of received ready-made leads

✔️ Creation of pricing strategies and commercial terms and conditions within the framework of tender processes

✔️ Coordination of cooperation in the creation of offers - both internally and with subcontractors and partners

✔️ Participation in tender proceedings in accordance with the applicable procedures

✔️ Record keeping and archiving of documentation related to ongoing proceedings

✔️ Managing relations with governmental entities and public sector institutions.

✔️ Building trust and taking care of a favourable company image in the public sector.


Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in working with public tenders, including international ones

✅ Knowledge of tendering procedures and specifics of sales to the public sector

✅ Ability to prepare bids and tender documentation in accordance with formal requirements

✅ Experience in developing pricing strategies and commercial terms and conditions

✅ Fluency in English (B2/C1), German (B1) or French (B1) - spoken and written.

✅ Ability to work with internal teams, subcontractors and partners

✅ Ability to build and maintain relationships with public administration representatives

✅ Excellent analytical skills - evaluation of tender requirements, analysis of profitability of bids

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under time pressure

✅ Self-reliance, pro-activity and ability to make decisions

✅ Knowledge of public procurement regulations in different European countries is welcome.
