Staff Assistance Services for Operations and Plans Section

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher education (at least bachelor degree) at IT related area and basic training in engineering or related discipline for specific task related skills, with 5 years' experience;
• At least 5 years of previous staff experience (planning operations) at a military or governmental organization or private company;
• Experience in planning and operations management, participating in the overall planning, organizing, and directing of operations and plans, courses.

Desirable:

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Project Application;
• Driver license B.

Duties/role:

• Planning, preparing, executing, sustaining, and maintaining all internal training exercises and NATO exercises and operations within the 3NSB area of interest; 
• Producing communications plans and orders for training exercises, deployments, and support to operations for the deployable CIS organization, and ensuring Deployable Communications Modules (DCMs) are compliant with the same standards; 
• Driving a vehicle of up to 3.5 tones, with passengers, for long distances in the provision of required services.
