We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented professional with experience in partner collaboration, particularly in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and a strategic mindset to drive partner growth across the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new partners in the EMEA region.
  • Negotiating agreements with partners.
  • Providing training and support to new partners.
  • Monitoring partner performance.
  • Motivating and supporting partner teams.
  • Evaluating the performance of existing partners and suggesting improvements.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitoring industry competition to identify opportunities to increase market share.
  • Coordinating and participating in events, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Engaging in marketing activities related to the partner channel.
  • Achieving sales targets set by the manager.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in partnership collaboration models, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Understands the key elements of building successful partner relationships.
  • Has experience managing partners in the SaaS industry.
  • Has B2B sales experience and is goal-oriented.
  • Operates proactively and demonstrates an innovative approach.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English, with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to undertake business travel across the EMEA region.
