Scope of duties:

• Acquiring new customers and developing cooperation on the Asian market,

• Building and maintaining business relationships with B2B partners and customers,

• Working with the sales team and the product team to match offers to the requirements of local markets,

• Conducting commercial negotiations and preparing business offers,

• Analysis of the market, competition and trends in the area of payments and financial infrastructure in the region,

• Representing the company at industry conferences and meetings with clients,

• Cooperation with the marketing department in the field of building an image strategy on the Asian market.

 

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of the Asian language (e.g. Vietnamese, Chinese, Hindi or other relevant to Asian markets),

• Fluent knowledge of English,

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic consulting (min. 2-3 years),

• Knowledge of the payment market, banking or financial technologies,

• In-depth knowledge of local business culture and negotiation practices,

• Current place of residence: Warsaw,

• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills,

• Readiness for business trips.

- High standards of work using modern tools such as AI, excel, powerpoint, Confluence workflow, Pipedrive

 

Welcome:

• Experience working in fintech or companies offering solutions for banks,

• Knowledge of additional Asian language,

• Higher education in economics, finance, international business or related fields.
