Who we are looking for:
Due to our explosive growth and expansion in Mexico, we are looking for a result-driven sales manager, able to effectively manage a sales team and successfully sell on the hair, beauty and spa market.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management of a sales team of several people (recruitment, training, motivating and supervising);
- Active acquisition of new clients;
- Sales presentation of the Versum system (during face-to-face meetings with clients and remotely via the Internet);
- Planning and implementation of sales targets on a national scale;
- Identifying new sales channels and methods;
- Reporting and close cooperation with the sales, marketing and customer service teams in Poland.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales on the SMB market;
- Very good command of both Spanish and English in speech and writing;
- Team management skills;
- Ability to actively sell products and acquire new customers;
- Availability / mobility;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Results orientation and continuous optimisation of efforts;
- Commitment and initiative;
- A driving license.
Additional assets:
- Experience in the IT industry
- Experience in cooperation with European companies or knowledge of the European culture
- Knowledge of the hair & beauty industry.
