WITHIN is the world’s ultimate darkness retreat, offering a transformative experience like no other. Our meticulously designed darkness cabins provide a luxurious and safe environment for profound self-inquiry. Guests follow a structured program featuring advanced meditation, breathwork, cold exposure, sound healing, reflexology, and other holistic therapies, led by world-class experts. Our goal is to provide a seamless, immersive journey for each guest while maintaining the highest standards of care, hospitality, and operational excellence. To achieve this, we are looking for a Retreat Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of our retreat and help create an environment of deep transformation and healing.

_________ Job responsibilities

• The retreat is located 70 km from Poznań (Szamotuły) 
• Managing daily retreat operations – overseeing logistics, schedules, and the full program schedule from arrival to departure
• Ensuring that all client protocols are followed, including pre-admission procedures, medical disclaimers, and consent forms
• Creating a welcoming experience for international guests – guiding them through the retreat process, ensuring comfort and a seamless journey.
• Coordinating the retreat team – supervising staff (kitchen, security, housekeeping, service partners)
• Leading a small team, coordinating instructors, therapists, and healers
• Managing clinical and research partnerships
• Curating visual content – capturing high-quality images and short videos for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Contributing to the growth of the retreat – working closely with the founders to refine and improve operations.

_________ Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in management within the wellness, hospitality, events, or retreat industry.
• A strong leader with excellent people management and organizational skills.
• A detail-oriented multitask problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with holistic wellness (meditation, breathwork, self-inquiry)
• Commitment to a spiritual path
• Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license
