Art Director (Junior or Mid-Level)

We’re after an Art Director who can bring concepts to life across every format and take them from “wow, that could work” to “wow, that did work” – fully executed against a media plan.
You should be fluent in Adobe CC and curious about how emerging AI tools can push creative boundaries. You get social media - not just how it looks, but how it feels. And you’re someone who geeks out over culture and creating work that wins hearts (and maybe a few awards).
We’re hiring at both Junior (1–2 years exp) and Mid (3–5 years exp) levels - so if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the place for you.

Keep everything on-brand while pushing fresh styles and formats.

🔑Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:
Junior: 1-3 years’ experience in agency or in-house creative.
Mid: 3-5 years’ experience and a portfolio to prove it.
Pro skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (Figma is a plus).
Ability to design assets that fit the latest social/digital best practices.
Understanding how design impacts storytelling, engagement, and brand presence.
Curiosity + hands-on play with AI creative tools.
Passion for culture, interiors, and the creative industry.
Fluent English (spoken/written).
