Senior Influencer Lead

We are searching for a highly motivated and trend-savvy Senior Influencer Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Influencer Relations Lead, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and deliver exceptional results.

▪️What keeps you busy during the day: 

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Taking charge of planning and executing influencer marketing projects, crafting communication strategies, and outlining the crucial role influencers play in achieving campaign objectives.

• Influencer Identification & Selection: Carefully selecting influencers whose personas align perfectly with our brand and campaign objectives, backed by solid rationale and data-driven insights.

• Creative Collaboration: Collaborating closely with creative teams to tailor campaign ideas to fit the unique style and audience of each influencer, ensuring authentic and engaging content.

• Budget & Contract Management: Handling budget recommendations, scoping out contracts, negotiating pricing, and overseeing the entire contracting process with influencers.

• Problem Solving: Being the go-to problem solver during campaign implementation, always ready with creative solutions to keep things on track and ensure successful outcomes.

▪️Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include: 

• Experience in independent planning and running projects in the field of influencer marketing

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, demonstrating your prowess in the field.

• Analytical prowess coupled with strategic planning skills to ensure every move counts.

• Deep understanding of the marketing communication process, with an eye for innovation.

• Positivity radiates from you, uplifting teams and fostering a can-do attitude.

• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong grasp of social media channels.

• Familiarity with influencer monitoring tools like Influtool is a huge plus.

• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level is a must.
