Your role in a nutshell:
As a Strategy Planner you will join a multidisciplinary team of experts, shaping award-winning projects that blend creativity with efficiency. You'll leverage your deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to develop impactful strategies for our clients – leading brands from banking sektor and beverage industry.💡✨
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Client Engagement and Creative teams to develop solutions that hit the mark every time. With a solid grasp of brand strategy, market dynamics, business goals, communication objectives, and specifically digital and ATL strategy, you'll play a key role from start to finish.

Location: Hybrid model - 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days

Close Collaboration: Strategy Team, Creative Team, Production Team, Client Engagement
🤌Your key responsibilities:
Deep dive into analytics: Exploring business insights, engaging with clients, and understanding industry trends and competition, with a particular focus on digital media analytics.
Crafting stories that matter: Preparing presentations that highlight campaign success, offer strategic insights, and actionable recommendations.📊🎯
Fuelling creativity: Inspiring our creative teams with innovative strategies, strong briefs, and deep insights to craft groundbreaking campaigns.
Collaboration at its finest: Working closely with the creative team to align strategic vision with the best communication channels, specifically identifying and leveraging the most effective social media channels for each campaign.
Building strong relationships: Nurturing long-term client partnerships, tracking satisfaction, and proactively addressing their needs.
Sparking innovation: Brainstorming to develop creative marketing strategies that turn ideas into reality, with a focus on innovative social media activations and campaigns.
Strategy into action: Transforming business objectives into clear communication goals and aligning them with the right activities for maximum impact.
🔑 What you need to be successful:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a creative agency or strategy department of b2c brand.
Proven experience in 360° communication campaigns, with a strong ability to see the big picture in brand building.
Working experience with social research – you've used to get your hands dirty conducting qualitative research.
Interest in advertasing and socila campaigns – you have your views and opinions on what works and what doesn’t.
Excellent communication skills – ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
An open-minded attitude towards feedback and always striving for the best outcome.
