UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help us create graphic designs, prototypes, and design specifications for developers for our products such as web, desktop, and mobile applications.

Your Role

• Designing wireframes based on user needs
• Collaborating with the team at various stages of the design process
• Structuring and functional design of applications
• Working with project managers to deliver solutions that meet user needs
• Assisting in the creation of graphic proposals, specifications, and project descriptions for developers, as well as collaborating with developers during the application development and testing phases
• Designing interfaces using design patterns
• Ability to argue and justify design decisions
• Developing consistent UX standards
• Continuously improving our products
• Designing interfaces (Mobile/Web)
• Creating prototypes
• Ensuring the proper implementation of graphic designs (collaborating with frontend developers)
• Working with ready-made components and expanding the brand’s Design System

Do we have a match?

As a UX/UI Designer, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience (supported by a portfolio) in UX/UI design for web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and designing user interfaces
• Advanced knowledge of Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator or other graphic design programs (Adobe CC suite is a plus)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technology and business teams
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
• Diligence and independence in managing assigned tasks
• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
• Understanding of the value of Design Systems
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
