We're seeking a Support Engineer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer

service and has a talent for building tools and automations to enhance support effectiveness.

Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a Linux GPU cloud

environment. As a secondary focus, you'll contribute to developing scripts, automations, and

internal tools that streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues within our Linux GPU

cloud environment.

● Collaborate with support and engineering teams to identify and resolve complex

technical issues.

● Contribute to documentation by sharing insights and solutions for common support

challenges.

● Develop and maintain scripts and automations that improve the support team's

workflows.

● Build and extend internal tools that integrate with existing systems and help streamline

customer support tasks.

● Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation to reduce manual effort

and improve consistency.



Core Skills & Experience:

● Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on troubleshooting Linux

environments and GPU-based systems.

● Good understanding of APIs and how to work with them to build integrations and

automations (no specific APIs required).

● Strong scripting and automation skills to create practical solutions (language-agnostic

approach).

● Structured troubleshooting mindset with excellent analytical skills.

● Collaborative and proactive attitude, working well with both support and engineering

teams.



Nice-to-Have:

● Experience building internal tools (not essential, but an advantage).

● Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or deployment pipelines to support tool

development.
