We are now seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Analyst to manage, optimize, and scale our marketing processes, lead lifecycle, and marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marketing automation workflows, lead management, scoring models, and analytics. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales through clean data, efficient processes, and accurate reporting.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
Own and optimize end-to-end marketing flows, including lead capture, nurture programs, routing, scoring, and lifecycle stages.
Maintain and enhance lead management processes, ensuring accurate tracking of Leads, MQLs, SQLs, SALs, and opportunities.
Build, test, and refine lead scoring models to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure smooth handoff between Marketing and Sales, including SLA alignment and data consistency.
Manage and troubleshoot marketing technology systems, including automation platforms, even tracking platforms, CRM integrations, and data enrichment tools.
Serve as the internal expert on Salesforce marketing-related objects, fields, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Develop advanced dashboards and performance insights using Power BI, translating marketing data into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales to improve campaign performance and optimize funnel efficiency.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all marketing systems.
Evaluate, implement, and document new processes, tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed:
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, etc.) and conversion optimization.
Proven experience managing lead scoring, routing logic, and automated workflows.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and object/field management.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for analytics, dashboards, and data modelling.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or tech industry.
Understanding of RevOps frameworks and pipeline analytics.
