Key Responsibilities:  

• Effectively implementing and optimizing influencer marketing strategies in line with brand objectives - both brand-building and sales-driven,  

• Independently selecting influencers and managing collaborations with them negotiations, coordinating content publication, settlements,  

• Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with creators, their  managers, and partner agencies,  

• Coordinating campaigns - creating briefs, approving content, managing publications, and preparing reports,  

• Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs),  

• Preparing reports and data-driven recommendations to support further optimization of activities,  

• Testing new formats, channels, and cooperation models - to continuously develop influencer marketing efforts

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing (mandatory), preferably on the brand side,

• Strong strategic thinking combined with an analytical mindset - you can plan campaigns and deliver measurable results, 

• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to interpret them in the context of business objectives, 

• Proficiency in the major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, 

• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written),

• Experience in creating briefs and independently managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, 

• A high level of independence, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, 

• Well-developed communication skills – the ability to build partner-based relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and creators.
