Job Title: Educational Consultant

Reports to: Center Director

Location: Warsaw

Department: Educational Consulting (Sales)

About the Role

As an Educational Consultant at Wall Street English, you will play a key role in helping adults achieve their personal and professional goals through English learning. You’ll meet with prospective students, understand their needs, and recommend the right study program. You’ll also build strong relationships with current students, supporting their progress and ensuring a high-quality experience.

This is a sales role with a service focus: your success comes from meeting sales targets while helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

·        Achieve monthly sales goals set by the Center Director.

·        Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, student support, and client care.

·        Manage your own schedule to ensure timely follow-up on calls, meetings, and appointments.

·        Prepare regular reports on your activities and sales results for the Center Director.

·        Take part in sales and service team meetings.

·        Act as a bridge between students and the service team, ensuring smooth communication and support.

·        Resolve student questions or concerns quickly and professionally.

·        Stay up to date on new products, course options, and take part in required training.

Requirements

Minimum:

·        Strong Polish and English language skills (spoken and written).

·        Confident using MS Office and CRM systems.

·        Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.

·        Goal-oriented and motivated by results.

Preferred:

·        Experience in education, training, or language schools.

·        Background in both B2B and B2C sales.

·        Previous work in a multinational or multicultural team.

Skills & Qualities

·        Professional, engaging, and client-focused.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Able to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships.

·        Dynamic, motivated, and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own calendar.

Compensation

·        6,500–12,500 PLN gross per month (depending on contract type and performance).

·        Base salary plus performance-related bonuses.

·        In this hiring cycle, we are only interviewing candidates who are currently residents of Warsaw.
