We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Warsaw. This is a hybrid and flexible role, combining time in our new school with the freedom to work remotely when needed.
Your responsibilities:
Managing and developing the school’s social media profiles;
Co-creating the brand’s communication and storytelling concept;
Planning content calendars, building a strong community around the school, and designing a consistent social media strategy;
Developing creative formats and scenarios, producing engaging posts, stories, reels, short videos, and both lifestyle and educational graphics;
Coordinating and carrying out video shoots, collaborating with the internal team and external creators when needed;
Producing and editing engaging video and photo content that tells the story of our school, students, and teachers — including post-production, subtitles/graphics, and ensuring brand consistency;
Monitoring social media trends and introducing new formats into our communication;
Reporting on results, analyzing the effectiveness of actions, and recommending improvements.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with proven experience (agency or freelance background is a plus);
A creative eye for visuals and strong sense of storytelling — able to create content that sparks emotions and grabs attention;
A resourceful creator who can move smoothly from concept to final execution;
A passionate individual combining the creativity of a storyteller with the strategic awareness of a Social Media Manager;
Proactive, communicative, and reliable, comfortable working independently and turning ideas into results.
Minimum requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing social media for brands (from strategy to execution);
Fluent English, both written and spoken (content creation and ability to navigate global social media trends and tools);
Strong skills in creating and editing photo/video content (editing, post-production, subtitles, graphics);
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and ability to adapt them to brand storytelling;
Strong copywriting skills — short, engaging texts with a clear voice;
High level of independence, excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate external creators;
A genuine resonance with what we create — interest in education, languages, culture, and a global lifestyle.
