About the Role 

We are building a new AI capability inside a fintech platform and are looking for engineers across multiple seniority levels - from junior AI engineers to AI technical leaders. 

Our goal is to develop AI-native systems that support financial decision-making, data intelligence, and autonomous workflows. This includes building LLM-powered agents, intelligent data pipelines, and scalable AI infrastructure. 

You will work on real-world AI systems that combine large language models, structured financial data, and autonomous agents to solve complex problems in the wealth management domain. 

Depending on your experience, you may contribute as an AI Engineer, Senior AI Engineer, or AI Leader. 

⭐ AI Engineer (Junior / Mid) 

Early-career engineers passionate about AI and emerging technologies. 

Requirements 

• Python experience

• Basic experience with AI/ML or LLM tools 

• SQL and data processing basics 

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI systems 

What You’ll Work On 

AI Systems & Agents 

• Build and integrate LLM-powered agents and automation systems 

• Develop AI components for financial decision support 

• Design agent modules that interact with structured financial data 

Data Intelligence 

• Implement data extraction, cleaning, and transformation pipelines 

• Work with structured financial data using SQL and Python 

• Support AI-driven insights and automated analysis 

Engineering & Infrastructure 

• Develop production-grade AI systems using Python 

• Deploy and maintain AI services in cloud environments 

• Build scalable pipelines for model experimentation, evaluation, and deployment
