Smart AI Engineer

We’re assembling a next-gen AI team to build the future of wealth and asset management tech. As a Smart AI Engineer and out-of-the-box thinker, you’ll help us design and deploy AI-native systems that sit at the heart of our product — from LLMs to intelligent decision-making tools. We are building data infrastructure purpose-built for wealth and asset management, giving you the opportunity to work on systems that are performance-critical, finance-specific, and AI-ready from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions powering our intelligent investment platform.

• Work on LLMs, generative AI, algorithmic intelligence, and other frontier tech.

• Architect systems optimized for scale, performance, and explainability in a financial context.

• Prototype and experiment rapidly using state-of-the-art ML/AI frameworks.

• Develop reusable components, pipelines, and tools that enable organization-wide AI innovation.

• Collaborate in a mission-aligned team that values independence, speed, and originality.

We're Looking for People Who

• Live by Steve Jobs’ motto: “Stay hungry. Stay foolish.”

• Have 2–5 years of production-grade AI/ML experience, ideally in data-rich environments.

• Think from first principles — but also ship working code.

• Are proficient in Python and experienced with tools like PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and MLflow.

• Care about code quality, fast learning, and long-term product impact.

• Collaborate well and challenge ideas with confidence and respect.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in fintech, wealth/asset management, or other complex data environments.

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML tools or libraries.

• Background in applied generative AI, NLP, reinforcement learning, or algorithmic decision systems.
