The Role: AI Academy Trainer

Are you passionate about AI and excited to share that passion with others? As an AI Trainer at WeAreFuture Academy, you’ll transform the possibilities of AI into practical skills and knowledge for professionals. You'll help design and deliver training programs that change the way our clients work with AI—both in the classroom and in real projects. Working directly with our Founders, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AI education in Poland (and beyond).

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Training Delivery 🎯

• Lead Workshops: Conduct both in-person and online sessions that are as engaging as they are informative.
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Guide participants through practical exercises using AI tools/models.
• Drive Discussions: Moderate dynamic Q&A sessions and discussions that make complex concepts accessible.
• Support Projects: Help participants bring AI ideas to life through real-world projects.

Program Development 📚

• Craft Engaging Content: Develop interactive presentations, exercises, and case studies that demystify AI.
• Design Learning Paths: Create educational tracks suited for beginners to advanced users.
• Build Hands-On Workshops: Develop practical, up-to-date workshops featuring the latest AI tools and techniques.
• Stay Current: Continuously update training materials in line with technological advances and participant feedback.

Community Building 🤝

• Engage with Our Tribe: Be an active part of the WeAreFuture Academy community—connecting with alumni and current trainees.
• Content Contribution: Propose and create fresh content for our training platform and social media channels.
• Host Webinars: Lead expert sessions and webinars that spark creativity and collaboration.
• Offer Group Consultations: Provide guidance during group sessions to help our learners overcome challenges.

Who You Are

• An AI Enthusiast: You’re always on top of the latest trends, tools, and models, and you know how to share that excitement in a way that’s both fun and engaging 🎓.
• Experienced Trainer: You have solid experience leading trainings or workshops and know how to keep a group motivated and on track.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with GenAI tools and models (think ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Leonardo, Midjourney, Runway, Eleven Labs etc.) and use them to create cool, practical applications. You understand RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Great Communicator: You have a knack for breaking down complex ideas into practical examples.
• Organized and Personable: Managing group dynamics and time like a pro is second nature to you.
• Bilingual: You’re fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2), as our programs cater to both Polish and international audiences.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in AI, tech or digital transformation trainings.
• Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with software development assistants (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) or automation tools (like Make.com, Zapier, N8N, CrewAI, Langchain/Langflow).
• A background in creating online courses.
• A relevant academic background (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or educational training.
• Trainer or AI certifications.

Step 1: Form submission 📋

Step 2: Spotlight 🎥

Show us what you've got! You’ll record two short videos:

• Video 1 (Up to 10 minutes): Introduce yourself, share your background and experience, and tell us about any recent achievement(s) you're most proud of. Feel free to also mention why you're excited to join us and how you envision contributing to our journey.
• Video 2 (Up to 5 minutes): Record a quick Loom screen-share tutorial where you showcase a chosen AI model or tool in a specific use case. This is your chance to demonstrate your practical skills and creative approach 

Step 3: Chemistry meeting ☕

Rather than a formal interview, this is a 45-minute, relaxed conversation with our team. Think of it as a mutual "chemistry check" where we get to know each other, chat about your experiences and passions, and see how you might fit into our culture and values. It's all about ensuring that we vibe well together and share the same enthusiasm for reshaping AI education.
