About the position


We are looking for a seasoned multilingual Marketing and Communications Specialist  to strengthen our customer engagement and to increase the reach and impact of our brand through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR in Poland and abroad. Your main duties will also include internal communication and support the CEO and the CGO in implementing their communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills. You will report to the CGO.


Key responsibilities


B2B Marketer

  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all marketing materials

  • Produce and keep up-to-date a clear set of brand and style guidelines

  • Develop and present service presentations

  • Create content for website, print, other media, and online campaigns

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plan for lead generation that may include ad campaigns, email campaigns, online content, participation in industry conferences and events

  • Partner with and manage digital agencies/vendors, as needed

  • Develop and manage the use of marketing tools and their integration with the internal systems

  • Perform industry and competitive analysis

  • Manage marketing budget alongside the CGO


Social Media Specialist

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions


Internal & External Communication

  • Write and produce presentations and press releases

  • Organize and attend promotional events such as conferences, open days and exhibitions

  • Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, chats, digital screens, email, landing pages, micro websites as the appropriate means for communicating with staff depending on the nature and context of different communications

  • Design a framework for clear and effective employee communication on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared target


Competencies

  • 5+ Experience

  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

  • Fluency in English and Polish; French is a nice to have

  • Proven success in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Clean and clear copywriting skills in English and Polish are mandatory

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing is a most

  • Writing experience within the digital sector is considered an advantage

  • Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels

  • Perfect usage of Canva and other presentation tools 

  • Feel comfortable reporting to multiple C-levels in a highly dynamic and agile environment

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational skills
