WeLearn is a recently created startup, founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategist and Project Manager experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses.
We are an extremely motivated, ambitious and passionate team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Creator Scouting: Identify and research potential language educators with the capacity to become successful social media content creators in the language teaching niche across various platforms

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new, untapped prospects across various language specialties and geographical locations, meticulously tracking them in our creator tracker file.

Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement personalised outreach strategies to engage selected potential creators, focusing on bringing them into initial calls with our experienced Account Executives.

Prospect Engagement: Provide an exceptional experience throughout all interactions, showcasing the benefits of partnering with WeLearn and managing the booking process for further discussions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the company’s CRM system and analyse data to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Consistently refine and restart the prospecting process, ensuring a steady flow of potential creators into our pipeline.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English,
- Other European Languages are big plus
- Previous experiences in one of the following fields: Sales, Scouting, Sourcing, Cold Outreach or Lead Generation
- Sales Orientation: A natural inclination towards sales processes and a keen understanding of conversion strategies.
- Resilience: Ability to maintain motivation and productivity in the face of rejection, viewing “no” as a stepping stone to success rather than a setback.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English,
- Other European Languages are big plus
- Previous experiences in one of the following fields: Sales, Scouting, Sourcing, Cold Outreach or Lead Generation
- Bachelor's Degree is required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time and on a flexible schedule and you can manage your own time independently. The achievement of the goals is what matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communication).
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
