PTP Accountant with German

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sales invoice creation; issuing invoices, credit notes
• Orders credit hold analysis
• Preparing invoice uploads based on the provided documentation and customer master data
• Allocation of incoming payments in SAP
• Dunning letters run
• Maintenance and clearing of bank and customer accounts
• Reconciliation of balances with customers
• Journal entry postings
• Preparation of periodic reports and ad-hoc analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. 2 years of experience in accounting area
• F&A educational background, bachelor's degree
• Very good knowledge of German (min. B2/C1)
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in SAP
• Very good all-round Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving
