Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Paid Search Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating directly with global WPP media houses to build and conduct SEM activities for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA),
Achieving established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition,
Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and offering targeted recommendations,
Running SEM campaigns from A to Z, using Google Ads, SA360 and Microsoft Advertising,
Having a chance to gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
Fluency in English,
1,5+ years experience in conducting Google Ads/Search campaigns,
Being capable of strong analytics and have a natural affinity for numbers,
Being able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed,
Being eager to work with Google Analytics,
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets,
Being eager to work directly from Poland,
Experience in SA360, Bing Ads, or/and Data Studio - this is a bonus!
