Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Paid Search Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
collaborating directly with global WPP media houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA),
achieving established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition,
analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and offering targeted recommendations,
running SEM campaigns from A to Z, also using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising,
having a chance to gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
fluency in English;
4+ years experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns;
being capable of strong analytics and have a natural affinity for numbers;
being able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed;
being eager to work with Google Analytics;
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
being eager to work directly from Poland;
experience in SA360, Bing Ads, or/and Data Studio - this is a bonus!!
