We are looking for a proactive business development specialist responsible for increasing sales and active partner/customer base to join our team and expand our business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing sales strategy, planning, and implementation of new growth opportunities beyond the channels we established today,
- Identify sales opportunities - networking, identifying, and closing new digital distribution accounts,
- Lead nurturing and management of customer satisfaction,
- Plan, execute and track sales and marketing performance regularly, produce and share detailed analysis with the team,
- Pipeline management: develop and nurture a leads pipeline, provide accurate flow predictions, and effectively leverage our CRM system,
- Creating lists of prospects and cold outbound outreach,
- Creating new sales materials with our partners.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the software industry and being comfortable with tech lingo or
- 1+ years of experience of managing key B2B clients and strategic partnerships in B2B SaaS,
- Having excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills both in English and Polish,
- Experience selling to VP and C level executives, ideally with B2B SaaS organisations,
- Being comfortable creating content for B2B outbound lead generation,
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics and sales funnels and CRM,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding organizational and leadership skills,
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing fields.
