You will be:

  • providing technical support to users (2nd line support),

  • installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices,

  • monitoring and maintaining server infrastructure (both physical and virtual),

  • handling equipment in the server room (assembling, replacing, diagnosing),

  • creating and updating technical documentation,

  • managing user accounts and permissions (AD / Office 365 / etc.),

  • working with a ticketing system.



Your profile:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,

  • knowledge of Windows systems (10/11), Windows Server, Linux, and macOS,

  • basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP),

  • ability to work with physical servers and/or virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, SCVMM),

  • familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments,

  • logical thinking and problem-solving skills,

  • good communication skills and ability to work with end users,

  • ability to provide user support in English and Polish,

  • willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in the office - Wroclaw),

  • availability to start within 2 weeks (preferred).
