You will be:
providing technical support to users (2nd line support),
installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices,
monitoring and maintaining server infrastructure (both physical and virtual),
handling equipment in the server room (assembling, replacing, diagnosing),
creating and updating technical documentation,
managing user accounts and permissions (AD / Office 365 / etc.),
working with a ticketing system.
Your profile:
minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
knowledge of Windows systems (10/11), Windows Server, Linux, and macOS,
basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP),
ability to work with physical servers and/or virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, SCVMM),
familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments,
logical thinking and problem-solving skills,
good communication skills and ability to work with end users,
ability to provide user support in English and Polish,
willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in the office - Wroclaw),
availability to start within 2 weeks (preferred).
