We are a leading vendor of backup and disaster recovery software. Our products are Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection and GitProtect.io. We specialize in securing hardware and software environments, SaaS services and DevOps tools (as few in the world!). We are a partner of GitHub, GitLab and Atlassian, and our products are listed or sold through their Marketplaces and partner sites. In your work as a Partnership & Alliances Manager, you will be mainly responsible for GitProtect.io - a solution for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence data backup, as well as representing the product in the Atlassian and DevOps ecosystem 🚀

You will work closely with our Chief of Revenue, not only executing the following tasks but also actively shaping and refining our sales & solution strategies. Your insights and initiatives will play a key role in driving GitProtect's global expansion, giving you the opportunity to make a substantial impact on our growth.

 

Your tasks: 

➡ Identify, evaluate, and systematically onboard high-value strategic partners including resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and specialized consultants with proven market presence and strong alignment with our DevOps-focused product portfolio.

➡ Drive and own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue outcomes through data-driven forecasting, systematic pipeline tracking, and continuous performance optimization, with primary KPI focused on both quantity and value of pipeline generated through acquired business partner relationships.

➡ Design and execute comprehensive, scalable partner strategies across diverse DevOps ecosystems, incorporating market intelligence from industry trends analysis, evolving customer requirements, and emerging product opportunities to position GitProtect competitively.

➡ Serve as strategic liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies, ensure consistent messaging alignment, and systematically eliminate operational barriers to partner success.

➡ Continuously gather, analyze, and disseminate actionable insights internally and externally regarding industry best practices, significant ecosystem transformations such as Atlassian Cloud migrations, and strategic opportunities for GitProtect's continuous adaptation and innovation.

 

Our expectations (must have):

➡ 5+ years of experience in a single company building partner channels with proven success

➡ Knowledge of IT industry and new technologies;

➡ Experience in technical ecosystems (Atlassian or DevOps)

➡ Extensive experience in active participation at industry events

➡ Familiarity or curiosity with AI-powered tools for sales, outreach, and analysis e.g. Salesloft, Gong, ChatGPT, Clari..

➡ Comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

➡ Finding yourself in a changing environment where you are able to understand customer needs and propose solutions.

 

Nice to have:

➡ Experience working in a SaaS product company

 

Tools you will use: Google Workspace, Hubspot, Aircall, Cognism, Jira, Confluence, Vocus + we are open to implementing new tools
