Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (mainly via chat)
Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints
Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments
Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and at least B2-level proficiency in English
Willingness to work in a rotational shift system, including night shifts
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and set priorities effectively
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Nice to have
Previous experience in customer support
Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of XTB’s core business
