Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and be responsible for developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and analyze the effectiveness of activities. Our goal is to be the best financial brand in influencer marketing, and the person we're looking for will help us achieve this will be responsible for some of the 15 markets in which we operate.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing an influencer marketing strategy
• Identifying and establishing partnerships with appropriate influencers who align with our brand
• Negotiating terms of cooperation and managing contracts with influencers
• Coordinating and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Analyzing campaign results and reporting on effectiveness
• Building long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
• Tracking influencer marketing trends and recommending new solutions
• Working with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing activities with the overall marketing strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the influencer market and influencer marketing campaign management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a team
• Advanced English language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
• Familiarity with multi-market or international influencer campaigns
• Knowledge of additional languages relevant to our operating markets
