Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and support for Czech and Slovak clients
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Resolving client issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Handling and explaining customer complaints, both in writing and over the phone
  • Monitoring developments on financial markets
  • Working with the CRM system to verify and update client data
  • Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Requirements

  • Czech language at a native or proficiency level
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Responsibility, ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
