Media Analyst (Financial Markets)

XTB is looking for a Media Analyst (Financial Markets) to join the Analysis Department team.The role focuses on media relations (television, radio, press, Internet), recording webinars on YouTube, and conducting training sessions. The Analyst also supports the daily work of the Analysis Department by creating analyses and expert market commentaries for clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contact with financial media representatives.

• Preparing and delivering interviews and market commentaries.

• Recording webinars on YouTube and creating engaging educational content for Clients.

• Conducting internal and external training sessions on financial markets.

• Writing commentaries and analyses for publication in the media and on XTB’s channels.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, finance, or related).

• Experience in media relations, video content creation, or delivering training sessions.

• Knowledge of financial markets (forex, commodities, equities).

• Strong communication skills, confidence in front of the camera. 

• Proficient use of MS Office and video editing tools.

• Very good command of English.

Nice to Have:

• Industry licenses, e.g. MPW, Investment Advisor (DI), CFA.

The recruitment process primarily involves reviewing submitted media materials (links to previous public appearances, recordings, or - if no materials are publicly available - a short video created by the candidate on a financial markets topic of their choice, e.g. a prospective company from Wall Street or the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
