Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

• Coordinating and collaborating with vendors and clients to ensure successful project delivery

• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues and challenges

• Identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements to enhance project efficiency

• Providing guidance and support to project team members

• Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

• Proactively informing supervisors about matters requiring their attention and ensuring adherence to escalation procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong multitasking and project-management skills

• Excellent analytical abilities and the ability to work under time pressure

• Knowledge of capital markets

• Proactive attitude and sound decision-making skills
