Data and Processes Specialist in Back-Office Team Regulated Markets

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the accuracy of data‑flow processes from trading systems to the data warehouse / general ledger.

• Reconciling data between systems and explaining discrepancies.

• Monitoring the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividend payments).

• Cooperating with the Data Warehouse, Accounting and Taxes departments.

• Preparing reports and database queries using SQL.

Requirements

• Knowledge of how regulated markets operate, including corporate actions.

• Very good command of MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a back‑office unit at a brokerage house or custody department.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles (double‑entry bookkeeping).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics is an advantage).

• Securities broker license or being in the process of obtaining it.
