Responsibilities
Oversee the full onboarding journey for B2B partners, ensuring smooth and timely integration into the X Open Hub platform.
Act as the primary relationship owner for institutional clients (Banks, Brokers), fostering long‑term cooperation and business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams - IT, Trading, Operations - to deliver fast, high‑quality service to corporate partners.
Analyse complex client requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions and technical implementations.
Conduct professional training sessions for institutional clients to maximise adoption of our tools and offerings.
Monitor global market trends and competitive activity to support strategic positioning and product evolution.
Drive the introduction of new B2B products, tools, and financial instruments across existing and new partners.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a financial institution (Brokerage, Bank, Fintech).
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage.
University degree (BA/MA) in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Solid understanding of FX markets and OTC derivatives.
Strong interest in working with institutional clients across global jurisdictions.
High proficiency in MS Office and confidence using complex trading software.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under time pressure.
