Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)

Responsibilities

• Global campaign ownership: Independently manage and optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

• Business‑first performance: Deliver real business outcomes and growth in active clients - not just improvements in CTR or CPC.

• Strategic partnership: Work closely with product teams, influencing the direction and development of one of the world’s leading investment apps.

• Creative collaboration: Cooperate with brand and creative teams to ensure strong, aligned marketing communication.

• Full‑funnel analytics: Use data to build strategies that outperform competitors and support long‑term growth.

• Innovation & testing: Take ownership of your markets and continuously test new approaches, formats, and solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, App), ideally in fintech or other high‑scale environments.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.

• Excellent English (B2/C1) for daily collaboration with international teams.

• Ownership mentality: You take responsibility for your markets and aren’t afraid to experiment.

• Product curiosity: Interest in finance and willingness to understand how our product solves real problems for investors.
