Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality customer service to Spanish speaking clients
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (via phone, chats and email)
  • Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints
  • Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments
  • Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or proficiency level) 
  • Ability to communicate in English (at least B2 level)
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (the earliest shift starts at 9am and the latest shift ends at midnight)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of XTB’s core business
