Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality customer service to Spanish speaking clients
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (via phone, chats and email)
- Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints
- Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments
- Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
- Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (native or proficiency level)
- Ability to communicate in English (at least B2 level)
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (the earliest shift starts at 9am and the latest shift ends at midnight)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of XTB’s core business
