Currently we are seeking a person to join us as Junior Cash Management Specialist / Cash Management Specialist.

The purpose of this position is to manage and optimize the company's treasury functions related to cash management, liquidity, and FX exposure. The role aims to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall financial stability and efficiency of the organization.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in cash management, banking operations, or related finance roles.

• Basic understanding of cash flow processes, bank transactions, and liquidity management.

• Experience in handling cash application, bank statement reconciliation, or basic accounting tasks.

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate within a team.

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA or Power BI is a plus but not required.

• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent English is a must (at least B2).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of cash balances in bank accounts/statements.

• Booking bank entries to ensure accurate daily transaction recording.

• Performing or verifying basic accounting entries in the system.

• Efficient management of incoming and outgoing cash flows on a day-to-day basis.

• Daily monitoring of bank balances across multiple currencies.

• Updating the accounting database with daily financial transactions.

• Executing daily, weekly, and ad-hoc payments, along with necessary analyses.

• Adhering to procedures to improve the efficiency of fund transfers, cash withdrawals, month-end account closures, and interdepartmental reporting.

• Assisting in cash flow forecasting through cash position analysis for client and corporate funds.

• Cooperating with banks to resolve account-related issues and inquiries.

• Monitoring exchange rates and identifying optimal timing for conversions.

• Resolving issues related to currency exchange.

• Supporting management decision-making with financial data.

• Performing basic accounting entries in the system.
