Join us as a Senior Product Manager responsible for the Business Client Onboarding area and help us design and develop products that ensure our users a fast, secure, and seamless start to using our services.
Design and scale seamless onboarding experiences for business clients joining our Multicurrency Account and Payment Gateway products. You’ll drive high-conversion, low-friction KYB flows that meet regulatory standards and delight users from day one.
- Own the onboarding experience for business clients – from sign-up to successful activation.
- Improve conversion and reduce drop-offs by identifying and addressing friction points.
- Automate manual processes in KYB and risk evaluation, improving speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Ops, Engineering, and Design to deliver onboarding that’s user-first and compliant.
- Validate new features through testing and feedback.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery and oversee successful launches.
- Manage vendor integrations.
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Exposure to KYB, onboarding, or risk decisioning (nice to have).
- Track record of improving user experience in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
