UX Content Writer (Poland/remote)

We’re currently looking for a UX Content Writer to join our Growth team and help shape seamless, intuitive mobile experiences through clear, human-centered language. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Craft clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy for mobile applications (iOS / Android), supporting intuitive user flows and actions. 
• Write UX copy for onboarding experiences, forms, buttons, notifications (error/success), system messages, and other in-app interactions, aligned with product voice and tone. 
• Develop push notifications, tooltips, pop-ups, and in-app messages that are timely, informative, and engaging. 
• Maintain and evolve a UX Writing Style Guide, including documentation of voice and tone, tailored to mobile contexts. 
• Continuously test and optimize UX copy through A/B testing, usability studies, and behavioral analytics to enhance clarity, performance, and user engagement. 
• Support localization and transcreation of mobile app content for different languages and markets. 
• Contribute to a scalable content component system to ensure messaging consistency across the product. 
• Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer) for ideation, content variants, and acceleration of writing workflows. 
• Evaluate AI-generated drafts to ensure alignment with accessibility, usability, and tone of voice standards. 
• Design and manage AI prompt templates tailored for scalable UX copy aligned with our design system and brand identity. 
• Identify and implement AI-assisted solutions for content QA and localization formatting in collaboration with product and tech teams. 

Key Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product-focused copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on mobile apps. 
• Native or fluent in Polish, with professional proficiency in English. 
• Strong understanding of UX writing principles, digital accessibility (WCAG), plain language, and product language systems. 
• Experience working in agile, lean, or cross-functional product environments. 
• Proficient in writing with clarity, empathy, and product awareness, adjusting tone to suit different user contexts. 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation workflows, including prompt engineering and use of custom GPTs. 
• Comfortable using Figma and localization tools like Lokalise (nice to have). 

Portfolio Requirement 

Please include a portfolio or selected writing samples featuring mobile UX microcopy—such as onboarding flows, CTAs, tooltips, empty states, and error messages. We’re especially interested in examples where you’ve iterated content using AI tools or tested multiple content variants.
