What will you be doing?
 
You will be responsible for supporting internal operations of our sales team and report directly to our Global Sales Manager. We are looking for a well-organized but charismatic person with a potential to become an Account Manager in the future.
 
We will give you a chance to work with our customers directly as well so you could get the valuable experience. We need someone who can build long term relations and knows how to reach and engage customers in informative and persuasive ways.
 
The Job ⚙
 
  • Supporting sales team in handling orders
  • Connection between sales department, finance, logistics
  • Preparation of statements and reports
  • Day-to-day administration of commercial documentation
  • Ensuring the flow of materials among all employees of the department
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement in terms of serving key customers
  • After implementation, contact with customers and handling of indicated orders
 
You 🤓
 
  • You are a student
  • You have little or no experience in working with a client, but you have easy contact with people
  • You are a well-organized and positive person
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • You are fluent in Office and Excel does not bring tears to your eyes
  • You want to develop in the structures of the organization and become an Account Manager in the future
