We’re looking for an experienced Business Relationships Manager to take ownership of our partnerships across Europe. If you’re someone who’s sharp, assertive, and thrives on making deals happen – let’s talk.

What you'll be doing:

🤝 Representing our brand in negotiations with major sports clubs, stars, contractors, agencies, and any other potential partners.

📄 Reviewing and negotiating contracts to make sure our interests are protected (and that we’re getting the best deal possible).

📢 Acting as an “agent” for the company – protecting our business interests while building lasting, productive relationships.

🔄 Managing existing agreements and making sure what was agreed upon actually gets delivered.

🌍 Keeping your finger on the pulse of the European market and helping us grow in the right places.

You’re a great fit if you:

✅ Have 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing (bonus points for a sports or entertainment background).

✅ Are fluent in both Polish and English – you're confident in high-stakes conversations in both languages.

✅ Have excellent negotiation skills – you know when to push and how to land a win-win.

✅ Are highly organized and follow through on agreements with precision.

✅ Are confident, clear, and diplomatic – you represent the brand with strength and professionalism.

✅ Thrive in fast-moving environments and aren’t afraid of some pressure.

Bonus points for:

⭐ A network in the agency world or experience working with/within agencies.
