About the role
AI Agents Academy is our flagship educational initiative, run in partnership with Google Cloud. We've trained 500+ enterprise leaders across 8 European cities through hands-on workshops where participants build functional AI agents in a single day. In 2026, we're scaling to 23+ cities globally.
We're looking for someone to own this initiative completely. That means two things: filling every seat with the right enterprise leaders, and delivering an exceptional experience once they're in the room.
The playbook exists. Your job is to run it well, grow attendance, and make it better with every edition.
What you'll do:
Drive attendance: Build and execute outreach sequences to fill workshops with qualified enterprise participants (customer service leaders, product managers, innovation specialists)
Manage Academy newsletters and communications to our prospect database
Coordinate with Google Cloud and other partners to leverage their networks for distribution
Identify and test new channels for reaching enterprise audiences in each city
Track registration metrics, optimize conversion, and hit attendance targets
Run the program: Manage end-to-end logistics for workshops across multiple cities (venue coordination, speaker preparation, attendee communication, day-of execution)
Maintain and improve our operational playbook
Ensure consistent quality across all Academy editions
Support expansion into new markets by adapting our proven model
Who you are:
You're a doer who gets energy from both filling a room and running a tight event.
You've run outreach before, whether cold email, LinkedIn, or partner channels.
You know what it takes to get busy executives to show up.
You have strong project management instincts. Timelines, checklists, contingency plans come naturally.
You're comfortable with "optimize what works" rather than "reinvent everything."
You communicate professionally with senior enterprise leaders and partners.
You work autonomously once you understand the playbook.
Nice to have:
Experience with enterprise B2B marketing or demand generation
Background in events, enablement, or education programs
Experience with marketing tools (Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, or similar)
