Sales & Business Development Manager (IT-Consulting with focus on Sales)

Europe-wide (with travelling) (hybrid)

Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced consultants who support our customers from analysis and conception to implementation and operation in the areas of business intelligence, data management, data warehouse architecture, test management, analytics and project management. YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


· Independent identification, development and implementation of measures for new customer acquisition and business development with existing customers

· Identification and development of new Europe-wide customer relationships, including the range of services offered by all 29FORWARD companies worldwide

· Active participation in the continuous development of our end-to-end BI service portfolio based on market and customer needs

· Responsibility for the fulfilment of sales and profitability targets with the IT services in our portfolio

· Continuous responsibility from acquisition to proper offer and contract design to contract conclusion


WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU


· At least 8 years of professional experience in international business development

· At least 3 years of sales experience in the field of IT consulting

· Proven sales experience on international markets DACH/EUROPE

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Understanding of the IT consulting industry, ideally also in the Business Intelligence (BI) environment

· Willingness to travel

· Business fluent in German and English, optional knowledge of French
