Job Description

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects
• Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, and budgets
• Become a trusted advisor for our clients, manage expectations and communicate progress
• Coordinate work of CRM developers on multiple simultaneous projects
• Bring clarity by managing PM tools like Notion and Asana
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in English 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• C1 English - you have to be fluent and comfortable speaking and developing client relationships in English every day
• Proven track record in the implementation of CRM, ERP, marketing automation, help desk or other IT systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk, Pipedrive, SalesManago, SAP)
• Expertise in B2B marketing, sales and/or customer service
