What are we looking for?

We are now strengthening our team and we`re looking for a dynamic and motivated Fiber Planning Specialist to join our Team in Gliwice and Warszawa!

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in telecommunication or a similar field.
• Fluent knowledge English and German
• Experience in planning and coordination within mobile networks in particular transport aggregation networks (Ethernet, IP, Fibre)
• Knowledge MC Office, Project management, of general contractor and vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, high level of initiative and interest in innovative topics.
• A lot of energy and a strong team spirit.

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic transportation network planning•Participate in the appropriate agile working groups.
• Independently take ownership of assigned tasks
• Coordination of planning and ordering processes
• Evaluate and manage implementation of fibre/JSL roll-out, and coordinate with regional planners.
• Network design evaluations and preparation of reports, coordination with suppliers and internal contacts
• Provide service for all fibre projects across all regions.
• Responsible for high-quality reporting from which necessary quality assurance measures can be derived.
• Necessary status values and comments shall be maintained in the databases.
• Actively demand timely implementation from the responsible departments.
• Support and maintain interfaces to ongoing fibre roll-out projects of all kinds.
• Provide support in the event of queries during implementation and in the event of necessary adjustments.
