We are now strengthening our team and we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Coordinator to join our Team in Gliwice and Warsaw!

As a Technical Coordinator in the field of telecommunications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects related to network infrastructure, system deployment, and planning. Your responsibilities will span from project initiation to successful delivery, ensuring that telecom solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Telecommunications.

• Fluent knowledge in English; German would be a plus.

• Experience at least 2 Years in telecommunication.

• Experience in processing of technical measures in the transport parameter planning according to the technical specifications.

• Understanding of FTTS.

• Knowledge of capacity planning for optical fiber.

• Knowledge of transmission network planning especially fiber networks.

• Experience in site coordination would be a plus.


Your key responsibilities:

• Analysis of rejections or ADPW incidents that were transferred from operations to planning in the workflow.

• Determination of the causes and possible solutions, planning / coordination of the action.

• Strategic transportation network planning.

• Evaluate and manage implementation of fibre/JSL roll-out, and coordinate with regional planners.

• Coordination, prioritization of provisioning of new fibre deliveries and change orders.

• Clearly identify gaps in project delivery (time, cost, resource, and deliverables) and escalate as appropriate.

• Oversee the overall management, planning, development, ongoing maintenance, and implementation of government telecommunications and SIPRNet systems for the client.

• Progress track against project schedules.

• Cost site telecom solutions, including voice and data solutions.

• Project tracking in terms of ordering lines (ordering).
