What you will do:
- Efficiently manage complex projects in the area of graphic design, branding and strategy (such as brand identity implementation, transformation, marketing etc.)
- Support teams in events, strategy and brand execution in alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage hands-on events, internal sales and management meetings
- Drive outside-in thinking and serve the target groups based on their needs and interests.
- Ensure the upkeep of project plans, overseeing the allocation of resources, monitoring and reporting on project progress, as well as evaluating and mitigating risks
- Take the ownership and ensures executional excellence throughout the area of accountability
- Complete projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget
- Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Generate accurate reports and status notifications
We look forward to working together if:
- You have at least 7 years of solid experience in Communications, Marketing Communications, Brand and/or Marketing
- You have good leadership qualities, problem solving skills and responsiveness
- You have excellent Project Management skills
- You have ability to translate requirements into a business cases
- You are a team player good at time management
- You have experience in working with international clients
- You are able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines,
- You are assertive person with strong negotiation and organizational skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written English

- You have some knowledge of Agile
- Knowledge of JIRA and other software supporting PM's work
