Project Manager (International Clients)

Whites Agency has been providing Digital Marketing services to clients in Poland and around the world for over 12 years. What will you do?

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the project through daily contact with the Whites specialist team and the client. It will be up to you which project management methods you choose to use for that. 
• It will be an essential part of your work to build a long-lasting and strong relationship with the client, in which they will feel that you are a partner in developing their business. As such, your responsibilities will also include identifying their needs, understanding the market environment they are in and their main challenges.
• You will be responsible for supporting the entire path of acquiring clients from foreign markets - scoring, preparing bid presentations with a team of specialists, participating in tenders and opening the champagne after winning a new client. Sounds exciting, right? 
• Your job will also involve keeping an eye on the client's budget and looking for opportunities to expand the project's scope and increase revenue.
• You will be responsible for taking care of invoices, media plans, contracts, etc.
• Our clients are based all over Europe, so a business trip to Amsterdam or Berlin may await you.

This position is about learning the business, understanding the market, accurately identifying client needs and building relationships.

Don't worry if you don't have experience yet in all the above points. At Whites we strongly believe that everything can be learned, and the most important thing for us is your motivation to work and acquire new knowledge.

Apply if you:

• are fluent in English and Polish (min. C1),
• have a minimum of 2 year of experience in managing digital marketing projects, preferably on foreign markets,
• are perfectly organized and at the same time love to organize, arrange and plan the work of others,
• are not afraid of formulas in Excel,
• are not afraid of contact with clients, making presentations or leading meetings,
• are not afraid of challenges and change (and there will be a lot of it with us!),
• are open to new ideas and approaches,
• can get along with everyone - both on the client's side and on the agency's side.
