AI Clearing is a US-based construction technology company providing Artificial Intelligence system to facilitate and accelerate progress and quality control. Our system is deployed on the largest construction projects globally (including the US, Canada, Columbia, Brasil, France, UK, Spain, Portugal, and Saudi Arabia)
As we are continuously growing, we are expanding our EMEA Sales Team based in Warsaw, Poland to keep up with the market need for state-of-the-art construction progress monitoring tools. That is why we are looking for an Account Executive to join our ranks and help lead AI Clearing towards commercial success.

In your new role, you will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of an assigned accounts (largest EPC, General Contractors and Asset Owners and Investment Funds in EMEA)
- Developing a pipeline of deals within assigned accounts
- Articulating the value proposition of AI Clearing products and services to customers.
- Demonstrating expertise in building business cases and ROI calculations that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organisations
- Providing professional after-sales service collaborating closely with Client Success Team
- Maintains industry ties/connections to understand market trends
- Recognizes account growth opportunities, develops customer solutions making AI Clearing a trusted partner to strategic customers.
- Building AI Clearing’s brand global recognition
If you possess the following, we are looking for you!
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Excellent command of PowerPoint
- Good command of Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Attention to details
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in other languages will be a plus (Spanish, German, French)

- Professional experience in Consulting, Technology, or Construction Industry
- Business-oriented educational background
- Knowledge of CRM systems
