Senior Marketing Specialist

At AIP Seed, a venture capital fund, we're looking for an energetic and proactive person to manage our communication, help to build our brand, and foster relationships in the startup ecosystem. If you love the startup world and have a talent for communication, this is your chance!

What you'll do day-to-day:

• Craft high quality content for LinkedIn, both for AIP Seed and team members' accounts
• Write press releases and liaise with media
• Compose and send newsletters
• Organize photo shoots for new investment announcements
• Scout opportunities for AIP Seed to participate in industry events
• Update the website as needed
• Support webinar hosting
• Plan networking events with potential co-investors and other VC funds
• Develop and nurture our founder community
• Represent AIP Seed at conferences and industry meetups
• Collaborate with the investment team and support portfolio startups
• Design simple graphics and help prepare presentations for various stakeholders
• Manage Competence Hubs, assist portfolio companies with their marketing and PR effort, and connect startups with helpful resources in one of eight different areas like finance, legal, or HR

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in a startup, startup-related organization, or venture capital fund
• Excellent writing skills in both Polish and English
• Strong social skills and a likable personality
• Fluency in English
• High energy and proactive attitude
• Mentality to get things done
• Talent for creating engaging content and managing communication campaigns
• Self-starter mentality
• Creative flair with a good understanding of business goals
• Experience in media relations and event organization
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, or Figma is a plus
• Must be based in Warsaw and able to work from the office 4 days a week
